"National Institute - Industry Forum for
Energy (INIFE) " was established in
1995. Members of NIFE are from Industries
and academic institutions. To have strong
interaction with industries, Uttarakhand
Chapter of NIFE is opened at Shivalik
college of Engineering, Dehradun. Through
the forum, faculty and students are in
direct contact with the energy and
environment related problems of the
industries.
Technical
experts from the industry are invited to SCE
for lectures, selection, and evaluation of
the students, while SCE's expertise and
laboratory facilities are made available to
the member industries. Forum regularly
organizes training programme seminars,
workshops, business meets etc. for the
industry on energy and environment
topics/issues. |
