Director's Message

Prof. (Dr.) D.P. Gupta

I take pride in reaching out to the young debonair aspirants with the assurance that Shivalik College of Engineering (SCE) has ever been committed to imparting a holistic education in sync with the paradigm shifts in job space. Our integrated modules of quality instruction, robust training programs, recreational cultural and sports extravaganza, pragmatic study tours, cumulative skills-honing sessions, rigorous aptitude enhancing schedules and a host of job-oriented interactive activities add up to SCE’s agenda of all round development of its ambitious students.

I feel privileged to mention that founders of SCE were prudent enough to envisage that the mission of social service through education will be incomplete without making the students employable. Realizing the importance of employment aspect of the College profile, they, in its very prime, set up a purposive Training and Placement Cell. This Cell is actively engaged with the industry to procure and update the latest inputs, provide the students focused training, and help them imbibe an appropriate mindset to leverage job opportunities.

Dear aspirants! Let me apprise you that we, at SCE have assiduously fostered a culture of collective responsibility to shape your destiny by empowering you with employability skills of intelligence, discipline, etiquettes, self-confidence, humility and hard work. Let me reiterate that our focus is on producing excellent outcome rather than churning out mere output. I urge upon you to join SCE to experience for yourself that excellence, to partake our credo that SCE is not a run-of-mill institute. It is different; it is vibrant; it is a movement rising to welcome you in its fold, readying to lend your effort a good pace, so that you win the race for sure.
